Ashley owned her own case management company where she demonstrated strong leadership in managing high-acuity caseloads while ensuring compliance with state and federal program requirements. This role also included comprehensive client assessments, quality monitoring, service plan development, and collaboration with healthcare providers, community organizations, and family systems to promote safety, independence, and improved quality of life for those she serves.
