Ashley Dombrowski earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington and brings more than 24 years of experience in care management, complex care coordination, Medicaid waiver services, and long-term care systems.

Throughout her career, Ashley has worked closely with individuals, families, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate services, navigate complex systems, and develop practical solutions that support safety, independence, and quality of life. As the former owner of a Medicaid Waiver Case Management company, she provided leadership and oversight in areas including client assessments, service planning, quality monitoring, regulatory compliance, and coordination of high-acuity cases.

Today, Ashley has transitioned her experience into geriatric care coordination, with a focus on helping older adults remain safely and successfully in their own homes for as long as possible. She understands how overwhelming it can be for families to manage medical appointments, changing care needs, community resources, household concerns, and communication among multiple providers. Her role is to help bring clarity, organization, and support to that process.

Ashley is known for her thoughtful problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to build strong collaborative relationships across healthcare and social service systems. She is committed to advocating for each client’s preferences, dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
